Delivery can 3 - 5 days and will arrive between 8am and 8pm. The courier may provide more options once your parcel has left their depot for delivery.

Orders weighing over 15kg will be delivered Monday to Friday (no weekend delivery).

We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by Email. Deliveries can be tracked after despatch from our warehouse. You will be sent details on how to track your delivery upon despatch from our warehouse.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please make sure your order is correct before completing payment.

Contact our Customer Care team with the details of the website where you have seen the same item for less, or alternatively visit one of our stores. If visiting a store you will need to provide proof that the item is being sold elsewhere for less.
