Great product, even better customer service!
Size 2 we’re out of stock in York store so ordered and paid for a pair to be delivered to store. (Receipt no 17943) subsequently received an email advising no stock available.
Returned to York store for refund. Trev was very apologetic then went on to check if Go outdoors had stock. They did so he arranged a pair to be put aside for me.
Seamless collection in Go outdoors 30 minutes later. Outstanding customer service and very pleased with my purchase.

These gaiters were a bargain the in the sale, especially considering they were Goretex too. Very effective and a good fit.

I have used this model of gaitor for many years, getting these because my old ones were showing their age on the inside. No complaints, as they seem as good as they ever were. But upon collection, I noticed the sizing was different. My old ones were large, so I ordered large on the Millets site. Upon arrival, the sizes were actually 1,2,3, & according to the Trekmates chart, I probably would have been ok with size 2. Not to worry, they are not overly big. The elasticated band about halfway down, probably needs to be a tad tighter for me, & the hook at the bottom is much larger on this version. Yes, I am happy with my new gaitors.

The strap under the boots could be more substantial such as those on Lowe Alpine however good value!

Bought thinking Gore-tex was the way to go pay more get more ! Press stud on top of one gaiter broke on first opening. Fitting is good, feet perfectly dry, fit well and appeared secure until taking them off. Was initially pleased as I know one boot has a tear which has potential to leak but felt nothing so thought great decision at that stage. Now obviously disappointed awaiting Millets response.
